Stunning large vintage Chinoiserie or Japanese Style 2-panel folding painted screen depicting two flying Red-Crowned Cranes above Pine Trees. Singed and sealed by artist. Detailed. Gouache, watercolor and ink on silk. Silk border. Lacquered black wood frame with engraved copper corners showing age patina. Paper over light boards, and original stickers on back. Hong Kong, post-1940s. Excellent condition – minor age wear overall, no damages to the painting, small damage on back, strong hinges, clean, sturdy.
