Superb Baccarat crystal vase. A masterpiece of French Art Nouveau. Crafted in the late 1800s / early 1900s, it echoes the elegance of a holly tree, its branches and leaves dancing in a delicate, curvilinear rhythm, capturing the essence of nature’s vitality.
Some of the few existing copies of this rare vase were chosen to be associated with a metalwork frame decoration by Henry Van de Velde et Andre Debain for La Maison Moderne.
